Customization Orders Policy

2. Processing Time:

Customized orders usually take longer to process and ship because each item is carefully made based on your selected preferences. This ensures that the product turns out exactly how you want it. The exact time depends on the product’s complexity, size, and quantity. You will be informed of the expected delivery time before confirming your order.

 

3. Payment Terms:

A 60% deposit is required to start working on your customized order. An additional 30% is needed before the final finishing stage, and the remaining 10% is paid upon delivery.

 

4. Non-refundable Policy:

Customized products are made specifically for you and are non-refundable. However, we take great care to double-check all customization details before shipping to ensure everything meets your expectations. If there’s any issue, please contact us within two days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

 

5. Changes or Cancellations:

Once a customized order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

 

6. Delivery:

Customized items will be delivered within the time frame agreed upon during order confirmation. We will contact you ahead of time to finalize delivery details.
