Return & Exchange Policy

At Oakly Furniture, we dedicate ourselves to providing unique, custom-crafted home furnishings that reflect your personal style.

Please review the following terms carefully before proceeding with your purchase:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is an error on our part.

2. Quality Assurance:

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and exactly as requested. Every item is thoroughly checked before it leaves our workshop.

In the rare case that there’s an issue with your item upon delivery, please contact us within 2 days, and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly and make things right.

3. Return/Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide details about the issue, along with photos if applicable.

Once we confirm the return or exchange, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Condition of Items:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage, signs of use, or misuse by the customer. Please ensure the item is carefully packed and returned in the same condition you received it.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Refunds:

If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In case we arrange to collect the item, the pickup shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Exchanges:

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the returned item. Additional shipping charges may apply based on the exchange.
